When my boys, ages 5 and 6, recently started taking Karate lessons, the sensei invited the parents to participate with the group. Of course my husband eagerly jumped in with the kids, who are easily half his size.
Yes, my husband now dominates the dojo. I wish I could say that I’m proud of him, but geez, he reminds me of Kramer on Seinfeld. I just hope he doesn’t hurt anyone.
Meanwhile, I’m going to go enjoy some refreshing Junior Mints.
